Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of BidProply ("the Service"), a platform for property listings and bidding operated by Ekdahl Enterprises AS (org.no. 933 662 541).

By using the Service, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service Description

BidProply offers the following services:

  • Property listings: Publication of property listings with photos, documents and descriptions
  • Interest registration: Registration of interested parties for properties
  • Bidding: Verified bidding via Vipps
  • Communication: Automatic notifications and messages between buyers and sellers

3. User Registration

To use the Service as a seller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Register with a valid Vipps account
  • Provide correct and complete information
  • Keep your account information up to date

4. Prices and Payment

Current prices for our services can be found on our pricing page. All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT.

Payment is made via Paddle. We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your purchase.

5. Property Listings

When publishing property listings, you guarantee that:

  • You have the legal right to sell the property
  • All information is correct and not misleading
  • Photos and documents do not infringe third-party rights
  • The listing does not contain illegal or offensive content

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

6. Bidding

Bidding on BidProply is legally binding. By placing a bid, the bidder confirms that:

  • They have financing in place or can obtain financing
  • The bid is a genuine and serious offer
  • They understand that the bid is binding

Identity verification via Vipps is required for all bids.

7. Settlement

Settlement is carried out by a professional third party (lawyer) who is independent of BidProply. The lawyer ensures that:

  • All documents are in order
  • Money is transferred securely
  • The change of ownership is registered correctly

BidProply is not responsible for the settlement process itself.

8. Disclaimer

BidProply is a platform that facilitates contact between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to property transactions and are not responsible for:

  • Defects or deficiencies in properties
  • Disputes between buyer and seller
  • Financial losses resulting from transactions
  • Technical errors that may occur

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable legislation. See our privacy policy for details.

10. Changes

We may change these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be sought resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the dispute shall be decided by Norwegian courts with Vestfold District Court as the venue.
